Most of the time companies will sell you on joining them and something isn't right when you join. Class was everything I ever dreamed of. I love working hard for this company, the people I work with, and our mission. I have been with Class for over a year now and have been promoted twice!

Being recognized by leadership for my efforts
What is the best part about your compensation package?
For sales, being able to make a fair commission on deals and a healthy salary. Health insurance is also inexpensive and 401k is nice
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Leadership is personable, down to earth and care about maintaining a positive work environment. But also hyper focused on growth of the companies sales and encouraging.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I love how we meet up in person to do fun things like holiday parties and team bonding. It was never anything my old companies offered.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I love how everyone is willing to help each other and is personable. I feel closer to them than I ever did working in a physical office environment.
