My team is fantastic and I love the challenges we work together to tackle. I don't love the lack of accountability on the sales team to follow necessary & scalable processes, because we rely on them to do their jobs competently in order to build a solid foundation for our customers.
What makes you most happy at work?
Feeling empowered by team leadership to make important decisions that could impact not only our team but the entire company.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I truly believe the vast majority here are doing their best and are presenting their authentic selves to best serve customers. There are so many people here I look forward to working with week after week!
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The CSM team seems to be the only team that has not had consistent promotions, raises, or other financial incentives at Class. despite our tireless work with customers and our demonstrated commitment to building scalable processes across multiple internal teams.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I strongly feel the leadership team does an amazing job of bringing their true selves to work each day, which sets a great tone for the company and my ability to feel like I can bring my whole self to work.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The CSM team is the ONLY team at Class with ZERO turnover, and this is for good reason -- this team is amazing! I can rely on each of my teammates to contribute in meaningful ways day in and day out. Each of our strengths seem to perfectly complement one another.
