Light-hearted, looking for ways to improve, transparency

What is the best part about your compensation package?

I like that the company understands the need for a higher base

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

I do like humor and think the leadership team does a good job of not taking themselves too seriously. I think that we spend money in the right places to invest in the tech stack to better the team

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

The level of maturity needs to be improved across the company. I have some coworkers with who I enjoy collaborating with and others who have a bad attitude and do not communicate professionally. Leadership from the top approves of this behavior which is disappointing.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

I think that we need to hire better and have less tolerance for people who are unprofessional/negative. There are a lot of toxic employees that have a negative outlook toward the product and spoil the well for other people who are new or want to maintain a positive attitude.
