I have met alot of great, smart people at Class. I have also learned alot in reference to SaaS, however, I do feel the company is very 'frat' style. Leadership is just hiring their friends for exec roles, when frankly I do not think most of them are qualified.

Being paid the same as my counterparts. Everyone on the sales team makes different salaries
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
There is overall a lack of communication and transparency between teams. Information is hidden from certain teams which hinders others to do their job properly.
