I have not taken any time off. I am worried that if I do I will have less job security. I significantly struggle with work-life balance and being that we are remote I do not know how to communicate that. However, my overall experience is impeccable. The people, the culture, the goal. Best Company.

Mentoring new people and connecting with members of the organization I haven't had an opportunity to.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I think the people here all believe in a similar future for education that is less on the anecdotal side and more on the side of optimistic reality. We share a common interest, wholeheartedly.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Since January we have dissolved all of the teams. I don't necessarily think that fosters a strong team relationship, which is so important when working remotely. I think we moved further from team culture and closer to lone wolves culture.
