horrible, we are treated as a way to get financial gain and not as human beings. animal welfare isn't a top priority and the wellbeing of staff is last on the list. cutting hours and not adjusting staffing based off increase in appointments. they dont care about us at all.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
yes i deserve at least five dollars more for my punctuality and reliability as a staff member but currently i must just work my wage
