As with every corporate veterinary hospital, they make sure corporate personal get paid well while the veterinary staff at hospital barely get by on their salary. The practice increases prices on services but no raises for staff.

Understaffed; underpaid; life draining away

we work our butts off during a pandemic, under stressful conditions and cant even get a end of year/holiday bonus. higher ups (exc) get to zoom their jobs. Bad for moral of an already moral busting career.

Flexible and willing to work with the hospitals and staff to support the business and keep them growing while trying to balance the happiness of employees.

They are involved. Available to help when I need it. They have been teaching me more about my position and how to do certain aspects of it better.
