Family / personal time is not a priority with them constantly changing the schedules. Managers don't want to work. The worst part is how they bluntly show how unpleased they are when family emergencies occur. I'd never work at another conns.

Nothing , I was lied to by the manager.

Consistency and following the actual rules and regulations at conns , not just making up their own to make their job easier.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
If the company says it focuses on family, then show it. Managment needs to figure out if they really want to be there or not , it shows through their attitudes that they don't. Conns seems to be a dying company.
