They do their best to run the company, but they fail to take into consideration the employees who make up the backbone of the corporation. They are understaffed terribly.

Recognizing people that have stayed there for more than one year. Reward seniority

Talking to their employees. Showing respect, taking more time to teach those that need help.

Actually be leaders. Stop the cliques. Hold people accountable and actually be there for your employees when they need it

Focus on the people, not the numbers. Also, do not lead new hires to believe they will be taking only payments when it is the entire loan process.

They, on multiple cases, and multiple employees, have shorted their commission checks, robbing their employees, there is literally no way to call HR.
