Great boss laid back but when it comes to crunch time he's definitely wanting us to get on our game and get things done the correct way That's why I like him.
Is the time and pacatien
They are nice and kind
They promote a team atmosphere.
It is safe understanding and a lot of teaching
Recognizing people that have stayed there for more than one year. Reward seniority
Talking to their employees. Showing respect, taking more time to teach those that need help.
Actually be leaders. Stop the cliques. Hold people accountable and actually be there for your employees when they need it
Review from Sales Dept
Better leaders. Managers with an actual back bone. Actually help your employees to succeed. Create a better culture for YOUR STORE!
Everything, they don't support the employees whatsoever.
Ability to make a comfortable income
The bonus program in place.
Stock buy. Life insursnce and 401k
Best opportunity to reach goals and bonus
401K, life insurance and employee assistance program.
They pay you on time
If managment would start holding people accountable
Adjust bonus metrics. Its too skewed to tenured agents; newcomers should be allowed to bonus based off 1% or 2% . The company has a low retention rate and cant figure it out. This would help
Each year they lower the commission rate
Review from Sales Dept
Imaging selling a washing machine worth $900 to only make $1.50 off of it. Employees are treated like trash unless you have tenure. Good luck trying to advance and if you do get ready for the target that would be put on your back from jealous employees. Better commisi8n structure is needed.
I love my coworkers they are great at everything.
Good sense of community, even when moral is low
They know how to sell the product that they are in charge of And they know what to say when to say it and they know how to make sales and also keep an customer engaged instead of walking away not knowing what the heck is going on
All are on point and excited to be there
They know what is expected of them.
Probably have some time for them selfs
Better working conditions. Workload in 100 degree heat is dangerous and unethical
Stop the cliques. Be excited to worn and have the exciting energy. Be willing to help new hires. Also, stop the constant drama and secret talks.
Review from Sales Dept
Extremely too much favoritism. It is not a team play environment
Manger basically threaten us if we don’t feel comfortable working with him we can just walk out the door, which is in my opinion a threat that no matter what we do he isn’t going anywhere and also I manager would want to fix the situation not force out there employees. Ans his name is Vic Pi
The people the customers are great when the job is done right..
Everybody gets along and if you need any help they'll definitely help you so I think that is going to make a great team at all of us
Everyone is eager to help and excited to make money
Diversity, safety, training, growing, monitoring
Almost everything in general, respectively.
Hold people accountable for their actions
Trainers that have been trained.
Review from Sales Dept
Better store managers that aren't two faced and actually want to help the employees.
Too much foul language. Unsanitary restrooms. No water even provided by Conn's for anyone.
Review from Customer Support Dept
Extremely better training without favoritism. Constructive communication from management to employees, Management organization.
The manger. He was on the questions, kept me on my toes.
It was quick and direct
They told me what I needed to do what was expected to be done and the pay and they didn't leave anything out they just said if I have any questions just to come get him and they'll show me
The manager that did my interview was amazing and made it seem like the best place to work
Review from Sales Dept
A fair and comfortable approach by management.
It wouldnt be so bad if they didnt take forever to contact you
Professional demeanor and mannerism and complete job description.
Quicker response time or having a hiring center to specialize in hiring so there is a faster response from the company because managers are always to busy to reach back to applicants
Review from Sales Dept
The people I work with.
Making a sale and talking to customers.
Good pace and support. Feel like an individual as opposed a number.
Everyday is a challenge. But all is good
The opportunity to be able to provide for my family
Reward seniority. Promote team work. Stop playing favorites and make everyone follow rules
Customer Service Department is the biggest feedback that customers complain against
High turnover is the problem
If the company says it focuses on family, then show it. Managment needs to figure out if they really want to be there or not , it shows through their attitudes that they don't. Conns seems to be a dying company.
Too much favoritism. Too much foul language. Too much use of extremely loud soul music. Undesirable work environment due to constant non-working HVAC. No water/drinks provided by Conn's HomePlus. Extremely unsanitary restrooms + open to public.
Review from Customer Support Dept
Nothing, due to management, admin, after sale customer service.
Review from Customer Support Dept
what the company stands for and opportunity it provides for employees and consumers.
