Horrible culture. Commission structure is a sham. Selling 100k worth of product and only getting 3k paychecks. Selling a $900 dollar washer to only make $3 in commission. Culture is non existent. Conns does everything in thier lower to make sure you sell high but get rewarded low. Don't go here.

Better leaders. Managers with an actual back bone. Actually help your employees to succeed. Create a better culture for YOUR STORE!
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Imaging selling a washing machine worth $900 to only make $1.50 off of it. Employees are treated like trash unless you have tenure. Good luck trying to advance and if you do get ready for the target that would be put on your back from jealous employees. Better commisi8n structure is needed.
