Overall working here is only tolerable because of my co-workers that are non managers.

I work with some amazing people. They all work super hard to make the store look amazing and have customers with smiles on theirs faces. There have been ups and downs and a huge downfall in keeping employees around due to excessive workload and minimal compensation.
