every other fast food place is starting at 2-3 more dph than i make as team leader

It is a fast paced environment, but not so clean

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Great place at first but seems to me its high school all over again, with a group only befriending specific people who then get promoted.
