I am part-time, I arrive at the store and immediately start servicing our guests and customers. We do not have a local store team meet-up or any time of shift transition.
What did you like most about the interview process?
Meeting the general manager, hearing how I can help the store, learning the Dairy Queen process. As my first important job, I welcome understanding the process and setting me up for a successful return.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Our co-manager has changed the way our local store has operated. We are now pulling customers to the parking lot. It is difficult for them to ask for additional condiments or product up-sales. We have also changed how customers get refills or additional condiments inside the store.
