it was terriable and very unsanitary. cooks do not wear gloves coke machies do not get cleaned blizzard machine does not get cleaned after every used crossed contamination no one washes there hands

i am very over worked for my age. we do not get raises. but also get paid under the table for overtime.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
The owner is very homophobic and will not hire people because of the way they look and will make some people leave because of the way they look and won't hire because of the way they look very homophobic if you will
