It is a fast paced environment, but not so clean

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Great place at first but seems to me its high school all over again, with a group only befriending specific people who then get promoted.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

Actually doing the work they're suppose to do.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Not passive aggressively handling their issues
