I would hire based on work ethic

I need to be payed on time and there needs to be more communication and better pay

The entire crew is awesome

It is a fast paced environment, but not so clean

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Great place at first but seems to me its high school all over again, with a group only befriending specific people who then get promoted.
