What did you like most about the interview process?
The store manager was so easy going and kind. It felt very relaxing to sit and talk with her.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Our manager actually cares about us and loves each of us. She is quick to change anything to accommodate us.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I would feel better if we were paid a living wage for how much work we work. As would every single csr, stylist and manager.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We are like a family who genuinely cares for each other. We always got each other's back. Any questions we have we can ask each other.
What makes you most happy at work?
Seeing my crew and helping brides find their perfect dress. I love the idea of this job. I hate everything about how it works. It's a broken system
