Constant support and eagerness to teach

She listens ans is compassionate

They are understanding and helpful especially when it comes to schedule conflicts. They work around school hours and mothers who have sitters.

They genuinely thank you for doing the work they ask you to do.

The managers at my store I appreciate how down to earth they are and accommodating to all there staff.

My manager has done exceptionally well despite all the emotional abuse. She's always been supportive and kind to our team, never once saying that something wasn't her job. As for anyone in HRs so called "leadership team", they have barely shown themselves, and the one that did was disrespectful

Our manager actually cares about us and loves each of us. She is quick to change anything to accommodate us.

Again it is hard to rate one person i have never met, let alone an executive team

The leadership team looks out for their employees and helps us be a winning team.

My manager is very informative and take charge witbout being rude. She does not abuse her power and is such a focused, kind person.

Training managers at the stores

Communication and caring about their employees

Working on hiring new SM and OPS the SLM is great and i feel as well as many other workers he should be promoted to SM

Everything they di the bare minimum and get upset and bully theur staff

Be more human and more humble.

A team is only as good as thier leader and the leader needs some hr training

Everything. Being more transparent with their workers and paying them a fair wage

Selecting store managers to lead teams of associates

They need to be nicer to their employees. They are really taking advantage of the leadership position

They need to truly listen and not play favorites. We should all be treated with the same respect as should the management team. But they just say that was in the past and we will have a meeting that never comes. All the while other employees are suffering due to another person's actions

Manager needs to treat her employees with respect and follow company policies when it comes to private conversations between her and her employees

Treating all employees fairly and providing a healthy work atmosphere.

Again, over working, not having proper breaks put into place to the point that it becomes questionable legally but none of us can do a thing since you are a massive coporation that does not care about a fast turn over. You do not care about your employees at all, I doubt these are read

They never listened to us, over worked the csr's. The commission system doesnt even matter for anyone not senior, we arnt even able to take our legal breaks or what is typical for this type of shift work. I dont expect anything to change as these are never read or cared for. I expect nothing changes

EVERYTHINGG!!...Give new empolyees to make sales if you want them to try and become seniors.

Standing up for staff to rude clients. Putting the sale aside for the staff because it's all about the $$$ here.

The leadership is only focused on making sales, to the extent that we overbook to an impossible-to-handle level. The push from Corp is overwhelming, customer and employee experience is dropping rapidly. The environment is toxic.
