What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Excitement to see the customers to come in and be able to find the gown they are looking for. That's great
Two people were really nice the rest were judgmental and very gossipy including management.

The nature of the job in making people feel special and beautiful is rewarding. Working along side supportive women is also a plus. I have no complaints about the nature of the work simply your practices and choices as a company to pay in lunch money.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Termination of the management and rehire better suited staff
