Most of us work well together.

Training on teamwork through assisting one another with customers, customer service through etiquette and respect of others customers, speaking with respect in the workplace. Learn to share workspace and not claim territory, CSR should not show favoritism in the assignment of customers.

We get a lot of people who are generally rude, and untrained at customer service. Managers also refuse to exercise their authority, leading to some employees getting away with unethical and unprofessional behavior.
