It wss a lovely job to have, being able to make women feel so beautiful and excited. However thr company very clearly does not care for their employees it's embarrassingly obvious. $15 an hour at part time hours (which is all thats allowed for stylists) doesnt cover my rent or even food on the table
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
They never listened to us, over worked the csr's. The commission system doesnt even matter for anyone not senior, we arnt even able to take our legal breaks or what is typical for this type of shift work. I dont expect anything to change as these are never read or cared for. I expect nothing changes
