This company does not care about work/home life balance. Looking for a consistent schedule? You wont find it here. Even if you're full time, during "slow season" they'll put you down to 20 hours but try to max you to 45 in times of need. The culture here is terrible, managers make up their own rules

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
With in the recent years davids has raised their pay and that's great but the work we do is still not reflecting what the pay should be. I would feel valued wirh atleaat 2 dollars more
