Overall I feel the company does have our best interests at heart. I mostly feel the executive team listens and takes feedback seriously but occasionally I feel there isn't enough individual attention given in the way of truly listening to and understanding the struggles.

The positivity and effort is very obvious from the majority.

Having a purpose. Working with those I am closer to.

The amount of work that needs to be done I don't have time to get bored.

Very positive vibe the majority of the time. Most employees want to see improvement, just need the motivation and support to push forward.

The majority of the employees are friendly and help each other out. There is also generally a decent sense of humor shared amongst the staff.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Pay is low for what is expected. Insurance and related benefits are decent but things like PTO accrual and sick time are dismal to none.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Lack of recognition; volume of workload; doing others work/boundaries. I would feel better about my compensation if it aligned with current responsibilities and was evaluated annually.
