Work is attending meetings, clearing emails and asking permission. Not the ideal leadership role to be in. Was not always like this though.

Seeing employees advance in there skills and knowledge. Growing the operations of the business.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Need to reduce the unneeded conference calls. Allow you to make decisions without always having to have permission. Do not enjoy going to work because I feel like a puppet for my boss.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Unkept promises, not getting back to me on questions asked, micro managed to where I cannot make any decision without having to ask permission. Always feel my job is on the line and I could lose it at a moments notice.
