I enjoy my time here, but the negatives are my workload & broken promises. I've been told things need to change to fix my bandwidth issues, but nothing has happened yet. I've been told I would receive promotions that fell thru. It is hard seeing others get promotions and recognition & I don't.

I have enjoyed my experience thus far with Destination Pet. It is great to see how far we have come as a company and where we plan to go!

the coworkers I surround myself with care about me as a person and are willing to assist where they can.

Most of the leadership team is very open, friendly, and seems to truly care about the company, the pets, and the employees.

The leadership team care about growing this company and its employees! They also seem to be just as pet obsessed as me!
