I have been here for roughly 2 years now and though I have had a few ups and downs, I have never stopped loving my job. I have been recognized for my contributions and continue to move up. I am looking forward to advancing further and further in this company and could see retiring here.
Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
I absolutely love my job and work extremely hard and could see myself working here until I retire. Now whether or not the new leadership allows that to happen is a different story. Only time will tell whether or not there is a Sally's beauty employee brought over to replace me.
What makes you most happy at work?
Feeling needed and that my job matters.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Though I feel our coverage is good, it is way to much if you have a family

I love how well we all get along and work together to solve problems that come up.

We all work so well together and are more than willing to step in if someone needs help.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone is passionate about their job and for the most part have a great attitude and are a pleasure to interact with.
What makes you most happy at work?
I love how my job keeps me on my toes. I am constantly being exposed to new opportunities to overcome and I love being challenged and having the opportunity to problem solve.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Though I feel there is room for a lot of improvement, the management team has always been there for me to help me improve myself so I can continue to grow within the company. They have also been very supportive with putting our family first.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
It used to be really great but now everyone is just terrified that they are next on the chopping block. The atmosphere has turned into one of ruling by fear. I still love my job and will continue to give 100% but it would be nice to not be in constant fear that I may not be able to support my family
