Its alright. It keeps you busy and moving a lot which makes the day go fast, at least in boarding. However, it's drainingnin daycare. Some dogs are not well suited but some staff keep giving chances to the dogs because they like them.

Some staff are very dependable and reliable while some are not.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
As the company trasnsitioned, new responsibilities were added while staff hours were cut meaning more of a work load.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Depending by the staff, it could either be a good day or beutral day. Some staff do more than others.
