I have experienced bullying from my peers, and it has impacted me negatively in my personal life. Management has also been very bad lately. There is no clear communication, and we all feel like we are not respected, and we have no value. We constantly get belittled, and it gets very frustrating.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
communication and to not be belittled.
