I've had the opportunity to grow and expand my knowledge in this field. My input is valued and requested. We discuss ways to improves processes but need to work on the follow through as well as revisiting procedures that are not working. Once we do, we will be a much more efficient company.

They have operational experience with DP. We respect each other and are fun to work with.
