Unfortunately in the beginning it was good, until the craziness started. A lot of workload, not enough paid for the HUGE amount of work doing, unfair treatment to employees, insecurity
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The remaining people of my team is the only good thing about it
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Give security to employees, and more a life-work balance. Many things are wrong, and executives are not aware of anything of it
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I am currently working A LOT, and have a lot of responsibility that was migrated to my role and still didn't receive any compensation or upgrade even though I am delivering A LOT. This company should worry more of values because they lack on it
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Since I have entered in this company, more than 10 people have left voluntarily and some others have been fired. The fact that this company does not give you safety and security is very bad, not taking into account principles and good ethics applied. The leadership team is not aware of context
What are some of the best things about your team?
I am very sad about the amount of talent that this company has lost due to all the restructuring that are doing. This team is very talented and still does not believe that each of us are making our best. If this company does not fix this, the turn over would be higher and people would start leaving
