Things were pretty good until destination pet took over. When they did things were good at first, but quickly went south. Its like we were forgotten about half way through our training. It has been a struggle.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I dont feel listened to. I think almost all wages need to be increased.
What makes you most happy at work?
Seeing the dogs and customers that I have a great relationship with and the few amazing co-workers
What are some of the best things about your team?
SOME of them are amazing to work with. They know what needs to be done and they do it. These same ones are always helping out.
