The balance between female and male leadership members. However, it's unclear who is on the SLT vs ELT and what their roles on those teams are.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Team members receive feedback well, are always will in to band together to help on another out, support with the understanding that we are all operating over our bandwidth
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Everything is moving too quickly. Goal seems to be to get things across the finish line vs. getting things right. We don't move forward with the customer or employee experience front of mind, but more around how project completion will look to the board.
