I like all the perks Destination pet offers with 401k, insurance, and educational opportunities. I do believe most of the twice a week check in can be reduced to once a week that way managers can dedicate their time to their team and other office task. I also believe training needs to be improved on

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel like with the number of hours and overtime I put in as well as the task I need to complete and how I run two programs that I should be paid more, and it shouldn't go off of my salary being high for the city/state I live in.
