My team is always willing to go above and beyond when ever I need them too. We work well as a team.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I absolutely love my co workers and have been made to feel as if I am part of a team with them.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
It takes a lot to work with animals and is very tasking and hard on the mind. We are underpaid to be doing what it is that we do.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Having a manager that has no compassion and has personal vendettas again at the staff is disgusting and disturbing. Several great employees have left due to the manager and how the manager treats the staff.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Hiring managers who have compassion and wants to see their team be successful. That the managers can communicate effectively and make sure the team is heard. When staff has issues for them to be heard and addressed not told we need to have grace for nastiness from the manager.
