I appreciate the constructive feedback given to me in support of my journey in leadership. The leadership team really leads by example and shows up in a very positive, servant leader way.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We are allowed autonomy as veterinarians to practice medicine how we see fit and are supported not "micromanaged". Our concerns are heard and we are managed by a fabulous group of leader veterinarians who are great clinicians and leaders in their field.
