When we were first acquired by DP almost two years ago it was a terrible experience. We had no support at Gingr launch day. We were told that they would be hands-off with our current procedures. DP now micromanages the schedule down to the minute and has required us to change so much.

Being able to care for the wonderful pets we have come in
What are some of the best things about your team?
They are always coming up with new ideas to make our facility run more efficiently
What makes you most happy at work?
Being able to work together with my team to solve issues and make our processes easier and more efficient. I also very much enjoy getting to plan daycare parties and events for our clients.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Extremely poor work/life balance, especially as any sort of management role. If there was more immediate support for major facility issues and proper bonuses for when revenue and visits are up it would feel more manageable.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is always willing to pull through for one another and work together to achieve the best possible outcome. I can trust them when I am not in and know they are putting their best foot forward!
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They seem to be taking more of a pivot towards safety and incident prevention rather than just sales now which is fantastic. We can't bring in more clients if they don't trust us to properly care for their pups.
