People want to do a good job and don't slack.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
People are welcoming and recognize good work, no strings attached. This is great!

We care about delivering CORRECT work, not only "delivering work". While we stay kind to each other.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I got a raise that I didn't ask for, which shows appreciation and attention from my direct leader and of course, the people above me.
What makes you most happy at work?
People are empathetic to one another AND they seem to want to do their best, so it feels energetic and I wanna help the most.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They want the company to grow, and they want to do it for real, doing the right thing. This is rare and really nice to see.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Every time a new responsibility or expectation was added to my bucket, the leadership was sensible enough to adjust it, so I feel fairly compensated, and cared for - which is great.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They know what they are doing. When Crissy says "I want this" or "I disagree with that", she talks about the actual workflow and client experience, she knows our business top down. Same with Rob and his technical competence. And they show the commitment with moving the business forward!
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I said I don't have a "close friend" because I don't feel a *strong* preference of one person over another - which I think is a consequence of the environment. So, the general ambiance of friendliness, cooperation and focus on helping the company succeed is the best for me.
