At my facility is have always emjoyed workmlife and lived coming in to help people and pups grow. Within the DP life I feel a little lost in the sea and not quite as secure in my job regardless of how well I am doing.

I feel as though i have not recoeved a lot of support on a higher level starting off but do feel as though it is improving

My team is loyal, hard working, and able to lead as a team.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I have taken onna new center recently and the culture needs a lot of work. But, the one thing i do like is the love the managment staff have for the business.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel as though i take on a lot of challenging situation to help my region and my compensation is below the livable wage in my area espesically for the time and effort i put in the better staff.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
They need to be able to provide RM/GM/CM with adequate information in a proper time. Especially financial information; if GM/CM are expected to run the facilities as it was their own. GM/CM need to know where they are doing well and where they need to improve in the eyes of DP.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel as though for the amount of time and hours I put into my job and the quality of my work I am not fairly paid. Especially with corporate asking for 50% of my time to be working within the kennel I feel with that being the case I should be able to receive tips and over time.
