At the beginning, I was worried. New company and the unknown. We then had an issue within the first month and facilities was right there to help. Great! Lately though, that isn't happening. Lots of repairs needed and nothing getting done. Very frustrating. Love the dogs and customers, though.

We all work well together.
What makes you most happy at work?
The dogs and customers. Most of the co-workers.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Normally they are easy to talk to, however, when you have hard questions, there's silence.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
We know our centers. DP pushes hard for safety of our workers and our animals, and so do we. When we need things fixed, and they may be expensive, but safety IS A HUGE ISSUE, they don't get fixed because of expense. This is hard to accept when safety is supposed to be top priority.
