They're very helpful when I ask questions or need help. They also listen to my thoughts and interests and take them into consideration.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone helps each other out, as someone who is still working on being faster and more efficient, it is extremely positive to have help and support.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The amount of work multitasking as well as working outside with long hours, it takes a toll on your body, it can be a lot for $10 an hour.
