I dont like some of my coworkers, but i love working with my managers and front-of-building people. I really like that i personally help the dogs and take care of them.

They care so much about the animals and their wellbeing
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Its laid back enough that i feel comfortable interacting with my superiors but professional enough that i know ill get feedback for anything i need work on
What makes you most happy at work?
I love interacting and taking care of the dogs. I think that animals generally deserve better than they have and i like that i can help make it better for them.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
A lot of them dont do their jobs properly(most of them dont even tie off the poop bags at the end of the day) and others are constantly on their phones and take up to 45 minutes to feed thirty dogs. They seem to care more about leaving than the wellbeing of the dogs. This excludes my managers.
