I have seen alot of changes in the last 2 years and I have had a hard time keeping up with the demands from Corporate as they change what they want us to monitor or send in very very often. I now have several documents I have to fill out daily that all have the same stuff on them..
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The care for the quality of care we give our pets.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like my regional manager helping me but I do not feel I have much support from marketing, IT, facilities
What makes you most happy at work?
saving lives, making a difference, coming in and knowing I put in 110% of myself and going home feeling accomplished and knowing I made a difference in someones life.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They care, they go above and beyond for clients and their pets; If we cannot get a client in the door due to a full schedule or no doctor on staff then we will find a place for them to go we will call around and help them.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel I should be at a higher pay for the skill level I am at. I was given a location to manage that was pretty much on fire when I got here and I have kept it afloat and kept it going and growing with what I am given. I perfrom every job on site and work 6 days a week & dont make overtime - salary
