It started off great, we got bought out and now everything is all about money and not about the dogs and quality anymore. Things are falling apart and it takes forever to get anything replaced. It was the best place I ever worked until Destination pet took over. A lot of promises were made, but very little was followed through. Now I just keep my head down and try not to ruffle any feathers.

Team members are diverse. Everyone is unique and will be able to offer their own experiences and knowledge that others may not possess.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I do not believe i do but the pay is low for what we have to do and deal with on the daily
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
I think peoples attitudes need to change. I think corporate needs to come and talk to those of us working on ground level to hear everyone out.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
I believe everyone is checked out or just not having any motivation to work. They want to put things off to the next person. Not paying attention to what their job requires.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
You often receive criticism or negative feedback but rarely earn praise. No matter how hard I work there is no pay compensation compared to someone that does just what they have to do.

Each player brings distinct skills to the team, and we all trust one another to get the job done. Team members are not always going to agree, and I would argue that it’s even q
What are some of the best things about your team?
They communicate openly with each other, sharing their thoughts, opinions, and ideas with members of their team; as well as taking into consideration what others have to say. Team members are always happy to assist others when they need a helping hand with work.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I definitely know that everyone can always improve, but for the work I do and experience I have, I do not get paid enough. I am always trying to bring new ideas and trying to really keep our clients happy. They are flexible with my sons schedule, but I think everyone is checked out.
