My overall experience has been very good. The support of destination pet has taken our company a long way from the more mom & pop it used to be. We are able to do so much more and provide a better service to our clients which I feel good about.

Everyone is willing to help one another and have open communication to continue a healthy work environment.

Free pet insurance is my favorite benefit. It is comforting to know if an emergency happens my pet will have insurance.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I can describe the culture at work as open and respectful. Everyone is kind and open, but in a polite and professional way which makes me feel respected.
What makes you most happy at work?
Seeing the happy faces of the pets. I love our regulars and I also like introducing new clients and their pets to our facility. The best feeling is when a new face becomes a regular.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team members are all kind and knowledgeable of their roles which makes work go by very smoothly. Everyone is willing to lend a hand to another which helps everyone feel like they have a fair and manageable workload.
