I really could not be happier since working at DP. Working remote gives me the flexibility I wanted as I know I am much more efficient working out of my house. Besides that, my day to day is never the same which keeps things interesting which is great too. My coworkers truly are incredible as well.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The team listens to input and implements changes based off that feedback.

Being able to work with new technology and share that excitement with my coworkers.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
It covers everything I need in an affordable package. Just turned 26 and got kicked off my parents plan and switching everything over to my name was effortless and covers the basics that I need!
What are some of the best things about your team?
Always helping each other out when needed!! Also, we are all tech nerds with a very deep interest in our field so we get to nerd out on each other on all the new stuff that seems to come out on a daily basis.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I really do feel like we are a big team. We pickup each other when needed, check in on each other when we know we're sick or hurting, always give constructive criticism to make sure we're doing our jobs to the best of our ability, and we are lead by managers "Coach" that we want to see win.
