I enjoy the experience a lot, I learn so much and am able to contribute a lot to aiding pets who need care. There are some downs as our CSR lead is essentially non-present and seems to only be interested in control. Our practice manager is a saint, overall I am pleased with the work we do here.
What makes you most happy at work?
Helping out the patients. (the not good is our clients)
What are some of the best things about your team?
We are close and do what we can to help each other out when needed.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
To be honest, outside of my manager at our clinic. I barely know our leadership team, I've met them either once or just have heard from my manager about them.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The amount of work our clinic does alone is staggering. I found out that at Bondvet that not only do they pay for starting at 20 but the workload was half of what we normally do.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Our manager is an incredibly kind and caring person. Looking out for all her employees and making sure she does what she can to make our working experience great. She's genuinely an incredible person who makes working here better than it could've been.
