The best thing by far is the family style interactions the team has. Having people care about others creates a fabulous team.
What makes you most happy at work?
Surgery and complex medicine cases that I am able to discuss with the DVMs keeps my mind engaged and looking forward to the next day.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I appreciate that the rate is competitive, though the best thing is that improvements (i.e., CE, licensing) increases the rate of pay as well, which is a very important aspect in retaining excellent team members.
