To be honest, I feel lied to. Again, I was told the facility needed leadership only. That and cleaning up. To find that there have been problems at this facility for years prior to me joining is disheartening. Also, there are bonus opportunities that this facility achieved, but we won't now. Bad.
What makes you most happy at work?
The dogs. Giving the customers a positive experience.

Very helpful when I reach out to them. Very knowledgeable.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The team I adopted were hungry for leadership. They've reacted to me very positively.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Personally, for myself, I know I have a lot I can offer to this company with my education and experience. I just believe I'm stuck taking care of this center's things that should've been taken care of prior to my arrival.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
I was told prior to my hiring that the company building I'm at was in need of LEADERSHIP. Thinking that would be the only thing, I quickly noticed that the staff were not the problem. This building has had notable problems for years with no progress at all. Leaks, mold, safety issues, etc.
