Long hours outside in the elements with being under staffed has taking a toll on my body and wellbeing. I just feel like the bottom line is more important then the happiness and wellbeing of the employees.

They help out in anyway that they can.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Communication, and showing their employees that they are valued and important. Better time managment.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel undervalued because I am considered to be one of the top people in my department but I am not paid enough. I'm expected to be acting manager when our manager is not around. I would feel better about my compensation if I got paid more.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Being able to hire people and they stay, most leave because we aren't paid enough for the work and the amount of hours there per day, also 30 minute lunches not paid for a 10 hour shift is not enough, people leave over that as well.
